From your first message to a delivered order in four steps. Here is what happens at each one, what we need from you, and what you get back.
The Four Steps
Request
Send us a product link, a photo, or your order list through the contact page, and tell us where your customers are. Add the quantity you have in mind and a target price if you have one. We reply by email, and if anything is unclear we ask before we start.
Source
We look for suppliers that can make or stock the product and compare price, minimum order, and lead time. You receive a written quote that separates product cost, our service fee, and shipping. You choose the supplier and approve the price. Nothing is bought until you do. More about sourcing.
Inspect and Pack
The goods are delivered to our warehouse, opened, counted, and checked against your order. You get photos of anything that looks wrong and decide what happens next. Stock that passes goes on the shelf and is packed the way you want it, with your packaging and inserts if you use them. More about inspection.
Deliver
You send us your orders. Each one is picked, packed, and shipped to your customer on a line that fits the destination and the parcel. You receive a tracking number for every parcel. More about fulfillment.
Who Does What
| Step | You | We |
|---|---|---|
| Request | Send the product, the quantity, and your destinations | Read the request and ask about anything unclear |
| Source | Review the quote, choose a supplier, approve the price | Search, compare, negotiate, and buy |
| Inspect and Pack | Tell us how orders should be packed, and decide what to do if a problem is found | Receive, count, check, photograph, store, and pack |
| Deliver | Send us your orders and pass tracking on to your customers | Pick, pack, choose the shipping line, ship, and send tracking |
What to Have Ready
- A link, photo, or description of each product
- A rough quantity, even if it is a small test order
- The countries you ship to
- Any packing or branding requirements you already know about
That is enough for a first quote. You do not need a finished store or a sales history to ask.
After the First Order
The second order is easier than the first. We already know the supplier, the product, the things to look for at inspection, and how you want parcels packed. To reorder, tell us the quantity. To add a product, send a new link.
As orders grow, you can keep stock of your steady sellers at our warehouse so it is on the shelf when an order arrives, and add custom packaging when you are ready to put your brand on the parcel. Throughout, you deal with one contact who knows your products.
Cost and Common Questions
Asking for a quote is free, and you see the full landed cost before you pay. Read how pricing works, or go to the FAQ for minimum orders, shipping, customs, and payment.
