Quality Inspection

Every shipment from a supplier is opened and checked at our warehouse before anything goes to your customer. If something is wrong, you hear about it while the goods are still in China and the supplier can still put it right.

What We Check

Quantity

We count what arrived and compare it with what was ordered. A short shipment is reported to you, not discovered later when an order cannot be filled.

The right item and variant

Color, size, model, and style are compared with your order, so a customer who chose blue does not open a parcel and find black.

Visible condition

We look for the things a customer would notice on opening the parcel: damage, stains, scratches, broken parts, and missing accessories.

Product packaging

Crushed, torn, or opened retail packaging is noted, because a damaged box is often the first thing a customer complains about.

What Happens When We Find a Problem

  1. We photograph it

You get clear photos of the issue and a count of how many units are affected.

  2. You decide

We lay out the options and wait for your answer. Units with a known problem stay on hold in the meantime.

  3. We go back to the supplier

We raise the issue with the supplier, backed by the photos, and tell you what they agree to do about it.

  4. Good stock moves on

Units that pass go onto the shelf, ready for packing and shipping.

Why Inspect in China

Once a parcel has crossed a border, a faulty item costs you the product, the shipping, and often the customer. Found at our warehouse, the same fault is a conversation with a supplier who is a phone call away and still wants your next order.

When a supplier ships straight to your buyer, this step does not exist: the first person to look at the product is the customer who paid for it. Routing goods through one warehouse puts a check between the supplier and the buyer.

Tell Us What Matters for Your Product

Every product has its own weak points: a zip that sticks, a print that sits off-center, a size label that does not match the garment. Tell us what your customers have complained about before, or what you are worried about, and we add it to the check for your goods.

Inspection is one step in a longer chain. It follows sourcing, where the specification is agreed with the supplier, and it comes before storage and packing. See how the whole process works.

What Our Inspection Is Not

Our check is a hands-on, visual comparison of the goods against your order. It is not a laboratory test, a safety certification, or a factory audit. If your product has to meet a particular standard in the country where you sell, that stays your responsibility as the seller. Tell us which documents you need from the supplier and we will ask for them during sourcing.

Inspection lowers the chance of a faulty item reaching your customer. It cannot remove it completely, especially for faults that only show up in use.
