Warehousing & Order Fulfillment

Keep your stock at our warehouse in China and send us your orders. We pick, pack, label, and ship each one to your customer, and send back a tracking number you can pass on.

From Shelf to Shipped

  1. Goods arrive and are checked

Stock from your supplier is opened, counted, and inspected before it is accepted into storage.

  2. Stock goes on the shelf

Checked units are stored under your name, separated by product and variant, so the right one is picked each time.

  3. You send us the order

Send an order list or an export file from your store. The order export from Shopify, WooCommerce, or any other store platform works, as long as it shows the items, the quantities, and the delivery address.

  4. We pick, pack, and label

Each order is picked from your stock and packed the way you asked, with your packaging and inserts if you use them.

  5. The parcel ships with tracking

We match the parcel to a shipping line that fits its destination and size, hand it over, and send you the tracking number.

What Is Included

Inventory storage

Keep your steady sellers with us so they are on the shelf when an order comes in, instead of waiting on a supplier each time.

Pick and pack

One item or several. Items ordered together are packed together, so your customer receives one parcel and one tracking number.

Packing to your instructions

Your boxes, mailers, labels, and cards, used the same way on every order. See custom packaging and branding.

A tracking number for every parcel

Pass it to your customer or add it to the order in your store, so they can follow the delivery.

Why Fulfill From China

Shipping each order from the country where the goods are made means you do not pay to move a whole batch overseas before you know it will sell. You can buy in smaller quantities, restock from a supplier in the same country as the warehouse, and keep your cash for marketing instead of tying it up in stock sitting abroad.

It also keeps the supplier, the stock, and the packing table within reach of one team. When a variant runs low or a batch arrives wrong, the people who notice are the people who can call the supplier.

Know What Is on the Shelf

We count goods in and count orders out. Ask for a stock count whenever you need one, and plan the next purchase with us before the shelf is empty. If a supplier is running short of a product you rely on, we tell you early.

Who It Suits

Stores that are testing products can hold a small quantity and ship as orders arrive. Stores with daily orders get one warehouse and one contact instead of several suppliers shipping separately. Brands get every parcel packed to the same standard. See how this works for dropshipping stores and DTC brands.

Tell us what you sell and roughly how many orders you ship, and we will send a quote that covers storage, packing, and shipping.
