Global Shipping

We ship individual orders from China to customers worldwide. For each parcel we choose a shipping line that fits where it is going, how big it is, and what is inside, and you get a tracking number to pass to your customer.

How We Choose a Shipping Line

Destination

Different lines serve different countries. A line that works well for one region can be a poor choice for another.

Weight and size

Shipping is charged on weight and dimensions. A small, light item and a bulky one rarely belong on the same line.

What is inside

Batteries, liquids, powders, and magnets are restricted on some lines. Tell us what the product is and we check which lines accept it.

Speed against cost

Faster lines cost more. Your quote shows the options side by side, so the choice is yours.

What Happens to Each Parcel

  1. Packed and weighed

After picking and packing, the parcel is weighed and measured, since both decide the shipping cost.

  2. Matched to a line

The parcel goes on the line agreed in your quote for that destination and product.

  3. Handed over with a tracking number

Once the parcel is with the shipping line, we send you its tracking number.

  4. Delivered to your customer

The final stretch is carried by a delivery company in the destination country, and the parcel arrives at your customer's address.

Transit Times

How long a parcel takes depends on the destination and the line, and it shifts with the season, with customs, and with how busy the carriers are. We do not publish one figure for every country, because it would be wrong for most of them. Your quote gives an estimated transit time for each option to the places you ship to.

An estimate is not a guarantee. What we can do is watch the lines we use, and when one slows down, tell you and suggest another.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and depend on the product and its declared value. As a general rule they are the responsibility of the importer, which for a parcel sent straight to a buyer may be the recipient or the seller, depending on the shipping line and its terms. Some lines include these charges in the rate and others leave them to be collected on delivery.

When you ask for a quote, tell us where you ship and we will explain what each option covers. The rules in your customers' countries are yours to check as the seller, and we cannot promise how a customs authority will treat an individual parcel.

Tracking and Delivery Problems

Every parcel leaves with a tracking number. If tracking stops moving or a customer says a parcel has not arrived, contact us with the order details. We check with the shipping line and come back to you with what we find and how we suggest handling it.

Shipping is one of the three parts of every quote. See how pricing works.
