When you sell direct to customers, the parcel is the brand experience. We keep your supply steady, pack every order to your standard, and ship from China with your branding on it.
What a Brand Needs From Fulfillment
Consistency
The latest parcel should look like the first one. Same box, same insert, same care, whoever packs it.
A branded unboxing
Customers should open something that looks like your store, not a plain bag from a factory.
Supply you can plan around
Running out of your main product costs sales and wastes ad spend. Stock has to be there when the order arrives.
Fewer hand-offs
Every extra party between the factory and the customer is another place for an instruction to get lost.
What We Handle
- Sourcing: finding and comparing suppliers for your products and for your packaging, with a written quote before anything is bought.
- Inspection: every shipment opened, counted, and checked against your order, with photos of anything wrong.
- Storage and fulfillment: your inventory on our shelves, each order picked, packed, and shipped with tracking.
- Packaging and branding: your boxes, mailers, labels, hang tags, and cards, plus bundles and gift sets.
- Shipping: a line chosen for each destination and parcel, with the options shown in your quote.
Your Packing Standard, Written Down
Tell us once how an order should be packed: which box, how the product sits in it, where the sticker goes, which card goes on top. That becomes the packing instruction for your orders and it is followed every time. When you change the packaging or add a seasonal insert, the instruction is updated and the change applies from the next order.
Send us your packaging, labels, and inserts, or have us source them. Either way they are counted and looked over when they arrive, the same as your products.
Inventory Close to the Source
Holding stock in China, near the suppliers, changes how much you have to buy. You do not need to send a large batch overseas and hope it sells. You can hold what you expect to sell, restock from a supplier in the same country as the warehouse, and bring in new variants in small quantities to see how they do.
Because we count goods in and orders out, you can ask for a stock count at any point and plan the next purchase before the shelf is empty.
One Contact Who Knows Your Products
You work with one contact who knows your products, your suppliers, and your packing standard. That person keeps supply steady and warns you early when a supplier is running low or a shipping line is slowing down, while there is still time to do something about it.
Already working with a factory you trust? Tell us when you get in touch and we will work out with you how their goods reach our warehouse.
Know Your Unit Economics
Each quote separates product cost, our service fee, and shipping, with packaging as its own line. You see the landed cost of an order before you pay, which makes it easier to price your products and protect your margin. See how pricing works and how the process runs.
